Server log files

Collection and use of personal data

Storage for future job posting

If we can not offer you a job at the current time, but your profile might be interesting for future jobs, your application will be stored for twelve months, provided you have agreed to store your data beyond the statutory period of 6 months.

Demographic characteristics in Google Analytics

Contact forms

On our contact forms we collect personal data that we need to answer your request. The legal basis for processing your name, your e-mail address and the content of your request is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR “Contractual and pre-contractual purposes”. Further, information provided voluntarily such as your company, your address, your telephone or fax number, we process on the legal basis of a legitimate interest in accordance with. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR to improve communication with our customers. The content of the completed contact form will be sent to our marketing department by e-mail, which will pass on this message to our specialist department. We use CleverReach to send newsletters. The provider is CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlenstr. 43, 26180 Rastede. With this service we can organize and analyze the sending of newsletters. The data you enter to receive the newsletter, such as your email address, will be stored on CleverReach’s servers. Server locations are Germany and Ireland.
