Our review of E-World 2025
E-World remains an important milestone in our industry and this year was no exception. The PPC team was on hand and always ready to assist our customers and partners. With 33,000 visitors and 980 exhibitors, this trade fair gives us a great opportunity to cultivate relationships in the industry and initiate joint projects.

Our Highlights
The certification of our CLS Adapter Steuerung according to TR-5 and BSZ!
Control finally becomes smart and digital. A first in the industry: we are the first to enable digital interoperable control in accordance with TR-5 and BSZ.
When consumer control became mandatory on 1 January 2024 in accordance with Section 14a of the German Energy Industry Act (EnWG), it was clear that grid operators and metering point operators needed an open, interoperable platform in order to tackle the digital control rollout economically and efficiently. With the successful certification of our CLS Adapter Streuerung in accordance with BSZ and TR-03109-5 by the BSI, these requirements have now been met. This creates legal and planning security. Nothing stands in the way of a large-scale digital control-rollout.
‘You hear from us’ – The PPC audio tours at our E-world booth
We countered the hustle and bustle of the trade fair with a little something extra and offered our visitors half-hour audio tours at our stand.
Our team gave an insight into the basics and business potential of PPC CLS solutions as well as our innovations in the secure supply chain (SiLKe) and simplifications for metering operators.
Simple control with our SMGWplus
Our SMGW 2 is ready for the transition from metering to control rollout: with a simple software update, it becomes SMGWplus and enables direct control from the SMGW. This allows our customers to easily implement control in accordance with § 14a EnWG, save hardware costs and speed up installation.
